It’s been a while since we’ve been able to record any videos, but we had a full quorum (three!) at this most recent practice, so I’ve finally got a few of the things I learned in Japan on film. We had a fantastic practice and I think it carried over into the video. Check it out:

  1. I dig it man. please post more on your aikido travels because us poor okies aint got means and connections to mix with all the excellent folks that you do. come up to oklahoma city on one of their get togethers. you are looking at the same stuff that they are playing with.

  2. Thanks Jerry! For a whole month, there’s surprisingly little that comes to mind, but hopefully more of it is percolating. There is one big thing from Sato sensei that I’ve been trying to get my head around, but I don’t know that I’ve grasped it enough to introduce it properly yet.

    He does mention it briefly on his DVDs though, which I’ve been subtitling recently. I think you’d be very interested in it – I’ll let you know when they are ready to see the light of day.
